About

I'm a SRE / Cloud Engineer with a decade of experience at the intersection of operations and software engineering. I care about systems that stay up, changes that are boring to ship, and tooling that leaves the next engineer in a better spot than I found them.

Currently at Upstash, where I look after Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, internal platform services, and the kind of quiet plumbing that makes a product feel trustworthy.

Away from the terminal, being a dad is the best part of my life — I love my child, and my wife, and my loved ones around me. When I do get some time to myself, I usually spend it playing PC games or picking up my electric guitar; both are how I clear my head. I'm also always curious about tech and pick things up wherever the good stuff shows up — blog posts, talks, books, the rest.
